Barack Obama’s State of Union was: “Now is the time to act boldly and wisely. We will rebuild, recover and the United States of America will emerge Stronger than before. Now is the time to build a new foundation for lasting prosperity. Now is the time to jumpstart job creation, re-start lending, and invest in areas like energy, health care, and education that will grow our economy.” The State of the Union is an annual presented before a joint session of congress and held in the House of Representatives Chamber at the U.S Capitol.
